We are a small, fast-growing entrepreneurial Managed IT Services Provider and Cyber Security consulting firm that is need of Receptionist/Office Administrator to answer telephone calls and be the first point of contact, editing and/or proof-reading materials, collecting and posting mail, assisting the managing director with marketing campaigns, chasing customers for outstanding accounts, paying supplier accounts, data entry into MYOB AccountRight and data entry into CRM or line of business software.

Please apply ONLY if you have at least two-three years’ experience in an administrative assistant position in a business-to-business environment preferably within the legal or accounting verticals. You must have a proven track record for success.

  • Previous experience working with clients in Legal, Accounting or other professional services firms
