We are a small, fast-growing entrepreneurial Managed IT Services Provider and Cyber Security consulting firm that is need of a Level 3 Network/Security Engineer to provide phone/remote support, onsite support, and assist with projects where needed.

In this position you will be working directly with the Managing Director and our existing team to deliver exceptional service and a great impression to our clients. You will be the point of call for our clients who are experiencing technical issues. Some on call and out of hours work will be expected from time to time.

• Completes ticket notes, ticket updates, customer documentation and submits timesheets daily
• Medium to high level experience supporting and implementing Palo Alto Networks security products
• Medium to high level experience installing and supporting Cisco Meraki networking products
• Palo Alto Networks ACE/PCNSA/PCNSE Certified
• Previous experience with ConnectWise Manage or other ticketing/PSA tools
• Previous experience with Remote Management and Monitoring tools
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Migrations and Administration
• Extensive Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server experience
• Experience installing and supporting both VMware and Hyper-V virtual environments
• Medium to High level of experience supporting and installing Cisco networking products

Desirable

• Previous experience working with clients in Law, Accounting or other professional services firms
• Desktop operating systems e.g. Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OSX
• Experience with Advanced Endpoint Security and Next Generation Firewall Technology
• Minimum Formal education of Cert IV or Diploma e.g. Diploma of Information Technology or Certificate IV of Cyber Security
• Vendor certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks
